They are currently looking for a highly strategic Enterprise AE to help further strengthen the team.
This role is very well supported and you will be given named Enterprise accounts from day 1.
They have invested heavily over the last 12 months into operations, delivery and sales.
They also have some fantastic leadership opportunities, very competitive base salary/OTE + the benefits you expect from a global vendor.
You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship and strategically growing key accounts.
Ideal experience you will have: 3+ years experience selling HR SaaS at Enterprise level A proven track record record in achieving and hitting quota Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization Strong analytical background who is driven by business/customer outcomes with a growth mindset Ability to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needs Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure If you're interested in finding out more, please don't hesitate and apply today!
