Role Overview: As an Enterprise Account Executive , you will play a key role in driving growth by securing and managing high-value client accounts across large organisations.
You'll be responsible for introducing our client's ESG software to senior executives, identifying opportunities to meet clients' compliance and reporting needs, and building long-lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of ESG and a proven track record in enterprise software sales.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and securing enterprise clients for the ESG software platform.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to large organisations, addressing their specific ESG challenges and compliance requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, including proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contracts Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on ESG solutions Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's ESG and sustainability goals, aligning the platform's capabilities to support these objectives.
Work closely with customer success and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and to address any ongoing client needs Market and Product Expertise: Stay up to date with ESG regulations, trends, and market needs to provide relevant insights to clients and adapt sales messaging as needed Communicate client feedback to product teams, contributing to product improvement and feature development that align with market demands Performance Tracking and Reporting: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking progress through CRM and reporting regularly to leadership Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed to optimise performance About You Proven Sales Background: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within ESG, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with large organisations and meeting sales targets Knowledge of ESG and Compliance: Strong understanding of ESG concepts, compliance requirements, and how companies integrate ESG into their operations and reporting Ability to articulate the value of ESG software in helping companies achieve their sustainability and reporting goals Relationship Building: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers Customer-centric approach with a track record of building trust and long-term partnerships Analytical and Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and forecasting Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer: Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping organisations improve their ESG performance.
