Role Overview: As a German-speaking Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on building and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients, particularly within the DACH region.
You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored SaaS solutions, and guiding prospects through complex sales cycles.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional fluent in German and experienced in enterprise SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities with large enterprise clients, particularly within German-speaking markets.
Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and position our SaaS solutions as critical tools for their success.
Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales process, from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in client organizations, including C-suite executives.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a unified client experience and tailored solutions.
Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, providing insight into pipeline development and forecasting revenue.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, especially within the DACH region, to support informed and relevant client discussions.
Qualifications: Fluency in German and English: Must be fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with clients in the DACH region.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strategic Approach: Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles.
Collaborative: Enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment.
Technical Aptitude: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SaaS product knowledge.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree is a plus.
