Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a Global System Integrator client in their search for an Enterprise Account Director.
Our client specialises in delivering complicated ERP solutions across the world to end clients in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Target and acquire new clients by selling Apex Systems' ERP system integrator solutions across all sectors.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales in line with revenue targets.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers to drive sales and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to position our client's ERP solutions effectively.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to understand customer requirements and align the right ERP solutions.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing sales deals, ensuring successful conversions of prospects into clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and status reports.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an Account Director, Sales Executive, or similar role, specifically selling ERP system integration solutions.
Strong track record of new business acquisition and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and integration processes, with a clear understanding of how these solutions can drive business transformation.
Ability to identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in selling across multiple industries is a plus, with the ability to adapt the sales approach to different market segments.
Comfortable with a remote work environment, with the ability to travel across Europe as needed.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
