Main duties of the job Assess and prioritise patient referrals to optimise care delivery.See, diagnose, and treat patients independently in a nurse-led clinic.Provide clinical support during consultations, including diagnostics and patient management.Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical governance.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
