Since 1998, our client has partnered with the NGO Humana People to People, training over 1,500 volunteers to tackle vital issues such as health, education, and food security across India and Africa.

Your Role As the Enrolment & Marketing Assistant , you will be a digital ambassador for their mission, spreading their message and inspiring new members to join their programs.
You'll leverage social media, online presentations, and direct outreach to guide potential students through the enrolment journey with both professionalism and a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities: Engage prospective students and members through social media, digital platforms, and university forums.
Conduct online meetings and presentations to showcase the organisation's programs.
Manage the complete recruitment process, from initial contact to enrolment.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach and recruitment strategies.
Organise presentations and expand outreach to schools, universities, and organisations across the UK and Europe.
What We're Looking For: Whether you're a recent marketing graduate or have relevant experience in marketing, recruitment, or student enrolment, were interested in hearing from you!
To succeed in this role, your CV should demonstrate: A positive, proactive attitude towards engaging with prospective students.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Experience or a keen interest in using social media to drive brand recognition and increase enrolment.
The ability to manage the entire student enrolment process smoothly and efficiently.
Confidence in conducting online meetings and delivering engaging presentations.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
A relevant degree (Marketing, International Affairs etc.)
or experience in marketing, communications, student enrolment, or recruitment.
Requirements: You must live within a commutable distance to Hull.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the office location.
This is an office-based role, with potential for some remote flexibility after 2-3 months.
