We're looking for a Industry Instructor to manage and guide a team of up to 18 prisoners in our tea packing workshop at HMP Millsike.
This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee workshop operations, support employability skills development through the Employability Passport programme, and foster a safe and structured work environment.
Supervise tea packing processes, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and productivity.
Provide guidance to help prisoners meet productivity targets and build essential work skills.
Conduct health and safety assessments, enforce safe practices, and provide training to maintain a secure workplace.
Proficient in conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety standards.
Familiar with restorative practices and experienced in applying them within a training or structured setting.
