Key Responsibilities: Teach English to KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum guidelines.
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and extra support as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
Collaborate with other staff to support school initiatives and participate in extracurricular activities.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A degree in English or a related subject.
Previous experience teaching English at the secondary school level is preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
