English Tutor – Nottinghamshire Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English specialist to provide targeted tuition for KS3 students in the Nottinghamshire area.
This role involves delivering one-to-one and small group sessions outside of the traditional classroom, supporting students identified as needing additional help in English language and literature.
Role Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, tailored English tuition sessions to support student progress.
Work with students one-to-one and in small groups, fostering confidence and improving their understanding of English.
Encourage academic development, mental well-being, and self-confidence in students.
Use creative freedom to design lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs.
Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
What We're Looking For: A strong classroom practitioner with a proven track record of delivering excellent student progress.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
A tutor who can inspire, motivate, and engage students to achieve their potential.
Someone passionate about student well-being and committed to safeguarding policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
