What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
A passion for English and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.

An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices in education.
