We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
Foster an environment conducive to active learning and critical thinking.
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
Encourage students' participation in literary events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent.
Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills.
Experience in teaching is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
