Trauma-Informed Practices: Implement a sensitive, understanding approach that supports students' emotional needs alongside their academic goals.
Collaborate with Experts: Partner with teaching assistants, mental health professionals, and other colleagues to provide a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
Who We're Looking For: UK-Qualified English Teacher: UK QTS is essential, along with experience in teaching English at GCSE level.
