We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Lead Teacher to join our new Options Autism School - Claystone School in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Complex Needs.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative educator to lead the development of Literacy programmes across the school, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.
Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a Welcome Bonus of £2000** Monday to Friday, Term Time only, Permanent position In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning environment, providing feedback to SLT, parents and carers.
You will also be responsible for planning and delivering fun and engaging sessions, working with support staff within the classroom.
About the School Claystone School will cater for 48 pupils aged 4-11 years old, offering a unique approach to learning centred around the individual child.
