We're looking for a motivated English and Maths Tutor to join our team at HMP The Mount .

About the Role As an English and Maths Tutor, you'll work directly with small groups of learners, delivering engaging and impactful lessons up to Level 2 .
Your mission: to help learners develop essential skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering Engaging Lessons: Bring English and Maths to life with dynamic and inspiring teaching techniques.
Tailored Training Plans: Design and implement personalized learning plans to address individual needs and aspirations.
Providing Support: Offer constructive guidance and feedback to motivate learners and ensure progress.
Ensuring Quality: Uphold high standards in every aspect of teaching, fostering a productive learning environment.
What We're Looking For Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience: Strong expertise in your subject area and a proven ability to deliver effective training.
Desirable: A teaching or assessing qualification (don't worry—we can support you in obtaining this during probation).
Engagement: A creative approach to teaching that connects with diverse learners.
