Job description: Location -Ashford, TN24 0LU Salary- £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience Shifts -Days and Nights continental shift based As our next Engineer Team Leader you will thrive on the smooth running of the lines and factory processes.
You will lead a team of Online Engineers to ensure the production plans are met.
You will be passionate about delivering excellent service, leading on improvements, and ensuring our food is safe and accessible to our consumers, your friends, family and communities.
The Key Requirements Engineering qualification to level 3 or above Previous engineering experience in an FMCG environment or previous experience of leading an engineering team Demonstratable CI mindset Prioritise the shift according to operational needs.
