We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineering Manager based in Maidenhead to lead, inspire, and deliver excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and manage engineering activities to deliver projects on scope, budget, and schedule.
Drive resource planning, risk management, and technical assurance across all lifecycle phases.
Collaborate with stakeholders, representing the business with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Proven leadership of engineering teams (10+ engineers) across multidisciplinary domains.
Comprehensive knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle and development models.
Expertise in tools for configuration management, traceability, and metrics generation.
Strategic planning and technical leadership, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Willingness to travel within the UK for customer and supplier meetings.
Valid driving license.
