Skills required for this Engineering Supervisor Role: A background in a comparable role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
Proficiency in English communication and IT applications.
