THE ROLE As Engineering Strategy Manager, you will lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, driving operational improvements and aligning departmental goals with the company's broader strategy.
Your focus will include: Streamlining engineering workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
Improving revision management and quoting processes.
Leading cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and quality teams.
Setting a strategic direction for the department and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
ABOUT YOU Extensive experience managing engineering teams within a heavy fabrication or technical manufacturing environment.
Strong technical background, with proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
A strategic thinker who can balance technical oversight with commercial priorities.
