Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager My client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in the delivery of cutting-edge engineering projects.
As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the engineering design, development, and delivery of engineered-to-order solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
The Role: To implement the engineering delivery strategy To manage the interfaces between the multi-discipline engineering teams.
To provide input into overall engineering progress, resource management and client engagement on an assigned project.
To identify and manage change To provide review and reporting of technical progress on an assigned project To assess the technical output of the project's suppliers and sub-contractors To provide technical and line management of the engineering team Requirements: Similar experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Project Manager within an engineering / engineered-to-order environment Will have an Engineering Degree (BEng, MEng, HND) Prepared to undertake travel in the UK and overseas when required.
Must have experience with a highly regulated industry, ideally nuclear, defence, aerospace.
Must be able to attain SC / DV clearance Must have experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Package: Salary - to around £75,000 Private health care & death in service benefit Pension 6% company contribution 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service) Company Bonus
