Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager My client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in the delivery of cutting-edge engineering projects.
As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the engineering design, development, and delivery of engineered-to-order solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
The Role: - To implement the engineering delivery strategy - To manage the interfaces between the multi-discipline engineering teams.
- To provide input into overall engineering progress, resource management and client engagement on an assigned project.
- To identify and manage change - To provide review and reporting of technical progress on an assigned project - To assess the technical output of the project's suppliers and sub-contractors - To provide technical and line management of the engineering team Requirements: - Similar experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Project Manager within an engineering / engineered-to-order environment - Will have an Engineering Degree (BEng, MEng, HND) - Prepared to undertake travel in the UK and overseas when required.
- Must have experience with a highly regulated industry, ideally nuclear, defence, aerospace.
- Must be able to attain SC / DV clearance - Must have experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Package: - Salary - to around £75,000 - Private health care & death in service benefit - Pension 6% company contribution - 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service) - Company Bonus
