Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager – Manufacturing Plant £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Competitive Pension + Competitive Holidays + future projects Engineering Manager Duties Daily management of the maintenance team, including monthly one-on-ones, annual reviews, and objectives.
Manage all PPM duties and breakdowns.
Oversee and collaborate with engineering and operations for production & engineering issues.
Identify plant efficiency and productivity opportunities.
Ensure company procedures, legislation, and best practices are being adhered to.
Carry out regular toolbox talks and safety briefings Manage monthly rotas, shift patterns, and overtime As the Engineering Manager, you will have the: A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership/supervisor role in a Manufacturing/heavy plant environment Electrical/Mechanical Engineering HNC/HND/NVQ or above A collaborative & supportive management approach IOSH Working Safely (Or NEBOH equivalent) Excellent communication (Writing and verbal communication)
