Deputy Engineering Manager (Embedded SW) - Maidenhead - Permanent My client, a leading technology company are looking for a Deputy Engineering Manager with an Embedded SW background.
The business is part of a global group and continues to grow year on year, with sites both in the UK and overseas.
The Deputy Engineering Manager will be reporting into the Engineering Manager and will be leading a mixed-disciplined R&D team (approximately 5 engineers initially) and will be working on a range of projects for clients globally.
Responsibilities: Lead a development team of embedded software engineers Deliver the roadmap and work closely with the product management team Work to build a high-performing engineering team and culture Key skills / Experience: An embedded software or hardware design background with strong embedded software knowledge Proven experience of managing embedded software and hardware development projects A strong product development background and understanding of manufacturing processes Experience of working within and line managing a multi-disciplined design team If this exciting opportunity could be of interest - please let me know ASAP.
