Salary - £60,000 - £64,000 + great package Commutable from – Leicester Skills required for the role of an Engineering Manager Leading, coach and inspire the engineering and maintenance team Assess, train and develop the existing team.
Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.
