You willPartner closely with product leadership to scope, plan, resource and design engineering projects, ensuring the roadmap aligns with tldraw's broader vision.

Oversee hiring processes for new team members, attracting and closing high quality candidates.
Profile8-10+ years of experience, at least 5-7 of which were individual contributor work, with 1-3 years of experience as a people manager
Previous startup experience
Has managed teams of at least 5, attracting world class talent to grow the team
Proven track record of developing operational processes and practices that drive scalability, productivity, quality and velocity.
