About the Role We are looking for someone who can lead the embedded security software function.
The team develops end to end security solutions and PC tooling for embedded devices using coding languages such as C, C# and Python.
This is a position which allows you to drive forward the ambitions of the organization through empowering and engaging with the technical experts in your team.
It supports the success of a team of experienced software engineers, where you communicate expectations, initiatives, and goals.
As part of the engineering management team, you will contribute to the evolution of embedded security as a part of the whole of Engineering.
We are striving for better ways of working as well as progressing the solutions engineering model.
You will accomplish this by collaborating with stakeholders across various domains; technical as well as organizational.
Your responsibilities will include budget, full employment journey, individual coaching and your teams' delivery of value to stakeholders and working towards company goals.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have Demonstrable leadership experience with responsibility for personnel ·Experience in a customer centric role A general understanding of Embedded components and PC software development utilizing languages such as C, C#, Python.
Experience of change management An understanding of the pros and cons with different software development practices and methodologies A positive, enthusiastic and pragmatic approach We see it as a plus if you have An understanding of engineering development tools, such as Jira Experience of C++ and integrating with CI frameworks e.g.
