Engineering Manager duties include - Oversee the development and launch of new products within budget and timeline constraints.
Collaborate with clients on technical aspects and resolve non-conformances.
Lead a team of engineers to implement new and existing products.
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Develop a long-term technology strategy and manage new capex installations.
Support the sales team with technical expertise and manufacturing feasibility.
