About the role At Clear Channel, we're proud to be utilising the latest engineering approaches to build innovative products that meet the needs of our Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising customers.
As we continue to expand our engineering group, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers within a cross-functional squad to instil best practices and develop our culture and people to become the best they can be.
You will report to the Digital Director and work with our cross-functional teams, specifically in UX/Design, product, and DevOps squads, and stakeholders from across the company. You'll also work closely with peer Engineering Managers and your own team of Engineers.

What you'll be doing Leading a team of engineers in a cross-functional environment, responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting our products in production.Leading the team in both the engineering and delivery of solutions that solve problems for our customers.Acting as an SME on all things related to software engineering and staying informed about the latest trends, best practices, and cutting-edge technology.Planning, scheduling, estimating, resourcing, and ensuring consistent improvements in approach and performance of the team.Supporting, mentoring, and coaching your engineers with a passion that places people at the forefront of everything we do.What we're looking for Extensive experience of leading technology teams.Proven professional experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.An in-depth software engineering background that allows you to quickly establish credibility with engineers.Experience supporting product engineering teams through mentoring and coaching.Strong knowledge and proven application of Agile approaches to drive product delivery.Leadership skills with a proven ability to build and sustain good working relationships with staff, peers, customers, and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills supporting logical, effective, and timely decision-making.Familiarity with project management and delivery processes and practices.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.What's in it for you?
