As an Engineering Manager you'll focus on strategically guiding, aligning and empowering four Agile engineering teams, with the Team Leads as your direct reports.
You'll liaise with business stakeholders to provide technical direction that aligns with company ambitions, whilst ensuring a culture where engineers feel supported, encouraged and focussed and everyone is collaborating to ensure delivery of the company's mission.
There's a modern tech stack, primarily built on Python with JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and CI/CD.
Location / WFH: You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Cambridge office twice a month.
