Engineering& Maintenance Compliance Planner

Maintenance Planner Location: Evesham  Salary: Up to £35k per annum  Shift: Monday to Friday - Flexible start times - 8am till 4pm or 7am till 3pm We are hiring a Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Planner role: Maintenance Planning - Schedule routine equipment services and ensure all paperwork is audit-ready.- Coordinate contractor visits with production availability.- Work with production teams to schedule machine downtime for servicing.
CWorks CMMS - Implement software updates and monitor daily operations.- Maintain weekly PPM/Condition Based Monitoring schedules.- Ensure the asset register is up-to-date.- Serve as the main contact for CWorks support and issues.
Compliance - Plan and coordinate statutory equipment inspections (LOLER/PUWER, PSSR).- Monitor and record corrective actions related to L8 compliance.- Ensure equipment meets food safety standards and maintain necessary documentation.- Keep equipment calibrations and inspections current.- Comply with company procedures and regulations.
General Administration - Oversee contractor control and documentation.- Monitor engineering attendance and overtime.- Notify relevant departments about contractor activities.- Handle purchase orders and maintain engineering documents.
