Rotork is a company powered by brilliant people and by joining our Graduate Programme you'll discover a world of new possibilities and support our commitment to keep the world flowing for future generations.
Your programme is tailored so you can truly develop and shape your career in the long term.
During your two-year programme you will rotate around our business, giving you meaningful insight, predominately within a business function related to your degree, but also gaining experience across the wider business.
This includes an international placement, giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues in other parts of our business and see Rotork from a whole new perspective.
Our programme and its rotations will help you to: • Work collaboratively across the business to be able to connect the dots and understand the importance of enterprise thinking.
• Take personal ownership and accountability to step forward, make and own decisions relating to business-critical projects.
• Be proactive, in your role, your work and in raising your profile across the business to develop yourself and progress your career.
Throughout the programme you will be fully supported by our Early Careers team, your own mentor, buddy, and ongoing learning and development from our leaders and technical experts.
With your Engineering specialism, your rotations could give you exposure to product research, design and development, as well as manufacturing engineering, product improvement, and servicing.
You will also gain experiences in other business functions where technically focused solutions can help make a real difference.
From day one you will be an important member of the team and you will work collaboratively, to build your skills, leadership competencies, and your knowledge of Rotork.
