THE ROLE In this role, you will:
Lead and develop a team of design and manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Overhaul existing workflows to improve efficiency, particularly in quoting and revision management.
Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering objectives with business goals.
ABOUT YOU Proven experience in engineering leadership within a relevant sector.
Expertise in design for manufacture, regulatory compliance, and lean engineering processes.
Exceptional people management skills, with a proven ability to overcome team challenges.
Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with CAD, ERP systems, and industry standards.
