The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team. Job description: We are looking for an Engineering Coordinator to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at our new Silverstone Facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of engineering activities across various departments to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation.
The Engineering Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between teams and assisting with project management tasks to support successful engineering outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities: Support the Deputy Chief Designer and Heads of Sections with project scheduling and resource planning.
Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, arranging and sitting in on interviews, and helping write job descriptions and adverts.
Organise departmental meetings and follow up actions arising.
Work with the Deputy Chief Designer and Heads of Sections to ensure the car design process meets the requirements of all stakeholders, identify and highlight risks to the Deputy Chief Designer. Support the engineering function as required.
Champion sustainability within the department.
Requirements A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business) or similar experience. Experience in F1 or similar fast paced industry. Knowledge of and interest in manufacturing methods and materials. The ability to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives. Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email. Ability to prioritise in a time pressured environment and manage personal deadlines. Self-motivated, innovative, and comfortable working independently, while meeting challenging deadlines. Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
