Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Glasgow or Birmingham (Hybrid)

You'll take a lead role in delivering civil design projects for the water industry, working on multidisciplinary teams.
Leading projects or work packages and mentoring junior staff.
Conducting site visits, report writing, and producing design drawings and calculations.
Supporting health and safety initiatives and delivering at all project stages, from feasibility to commissioning.
This role supports the expanding water utilities portfolio, including both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Support resource and budget management for projects.
Strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure design, with familiarity with tools like AutoCAD.
