Overview: Our client, a leading innovator in complex project delivery in the Energy, Nuclear, Defence and Security Industries, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to work on a new and exciting long-term project in East Lothian, Scotland.

Offering you the chance to work across a wide range of Project Engineering activities at various stages of project lifecycle.
Must have a wide range of experience in project engineering in a highly regulated & safety focused organisation.
Ideally in Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Defence/MOD, Manufacturing, Rail, Construction.
Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering etc.
Strong background in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical & Instrumentation)
Preparation of engineering documents
Able to implement and maintain engineering documentation including quality plans.
Technical review of contractor drawings and documents.
Prepare engineering changes.
Strong compliance expertise in relation to the application of safety, environmental and quality standards.
Uphold and promote company policies and procedures together with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
Typically, HND/HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or IOSH (Preferred)
