This is a vital site role reporting into the Site HR Business Partner, leading the deployment of our colleague engagement programme.
You will work across two locations, extending your knowledge and experience across both manufacturing and distribution, whilst working closely with a wide range of site partners.
You will split your time equally, supporting two Leadership teams, whilst building trusted and valued relationships with first line managers, employee representatives, corporate colleagues and external visitors.
You will also ensure alignment with other areas of the HR function such as Learning & Development (L&D), Reward, Recruitment and Occupational Health & Wellbeing (OHW), working to enhance the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.This is a full time, site based role.Your key deliverables will be:To work with the Site HR Business Partner and support further development of the site Engagement strategy and roadmapTaking full ownership and accountability for the delivery of the Experience agenda at siteTo drive and champion the annual site engagement survey, identifying trends and working with stakeholders on action planning and continuous improvementManaging the maintenance of data and analytics to identify focus areas and areas for improvement, measuring and assessing success and impact on an ongoing basisTo work with the Site Leadership team in a champion capacity to continuously support their cultural change journeyRole modelling the pladis winning traits and behaviours (WTB's) and bring fresh thinking to site to support all colleagues in developing and exhibiting the correct behavioursTo maintain a network of contacts within the local community and beyond, driving social connections and CSR opportunities locallyEstablishing rapport with key partners, ambassadors, and site colleagues to ensure that our approach is built from within and is optimally embedded into the siteWorking closely with L&D and other partners , OHW, Recruitment and Comms, to build a fantastic colleague experience into the employee lifecycleTo drive the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda at site, leading on action planning to create a sense of belonging and a culture of inclusionManage site communications to ensure the most appropriate channels are being utilised ensuring clear, consistent messaging is shared at vital points in timeActively listen and act as a point of conscience for the site leadership team to drive progress and continuous improvementBring your experience EssentialExcellent communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, influence and empower to actively drive forward the engagement agenda through othersWell-developed planning, prioritisation and organisational skillsProven experience of working in a HR environment and associated understanding of interconnections / drivers of Employee Engagement / Employee Life CyclePassion and drive to challenge the norm to help create a better work environment for all colleaguesAbility to build respected, trusted and supportive relationships with key partnersA personal desire to continuously learn and develop to ensure new practices and thinking are understood and acceptedDesirable CIPD Level or equivalentSpecific Employee Engagement QualificationOur PurposeBring happiness with every biteIt's a purpose that every one of our colleagues, all around the world believes in.
