Engagement Specialist

The engagement tutor will work with students on a one-to-one basis, either in-person or through online platforms.
The working hours will be determined based on the availability of the tutor and the students.
The tutor will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring the safety and well-being of the students during the sessions.
Job Duties: Provide one-to-one tuition sessions to students Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual student needs Build strong rapport with students and create a positive learning environment Identify and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage students Encourage student participation and active learning during sessions Identify and address any learning difficulties or barriers to engagement Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to support student progress Required Qualifications : Degree in a relevant subject Experience in tutoring or teaching Ability to work one-to-one with students Other suitable Qualifications: Teaching Assistant (TA) PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification Experience in delivering tuition to students Knowledge and Skills: Tuition experience Ability to work one-to-one with students Hard working and dedicated Resilient and able to adapt to different student needs Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions Provide constructive feedback to students Ability to engage and motivate students Build strong rapports with students Identify and cater to students' interests If you are interested, please apply with your most up to date CV below.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
