Role Summary: This role will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Head of HR at EWR Co., playing a key role in the enhancing and delivering our employee engagement strategy.
You will contribute to the team's vision to drive positive change, making insight based decisions to nurture an inclusive and high performance culture and build an exceptional employee experience.
Function: The Corporate Services function is accountable for providing core enabling capability to the other functional areas in EWR Co. to maximise performance of the organisation, that includes financial management, IT, HR and legal services.
It is accountable for providing reporting services to enable decision making and assuring that quality systems and processes are in place.
Key Responsibilities Leading the EWR employee engagement surveys from strategy, design, build, socialisation, testing, comms, launch and coordinating companywide action planning  Developing a robust listening strategy to ensure insight is captured across every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Building insight and solutions through survey tools, excel and HR data to measure, monitor and report on culture and engagement insights.
Supporting the drive of a culture of belonging, learning, continuous personal development from onboarding through to offboarding  Delivering an exceptional day one experience for all new starters at EWR Co.
Promoting recognition across the EWR employee lifecycle celebrating key moments including life events, career development, high performance,  Empowering employees to know how to access all learning and how to continue to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
Promoting Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Supporting and develop internal employee groups and communities, so they can deliver their objectives and align with relevant business priorities.
Managing in-house events end to end to foster inclusivity and improve employee wellbeing.
Creating and maintaining integral relationships functional leaders and their direct reports.
Taking an active role in the positive evolution of EWR Co's culture based on our behaviours and values.
Take responsibility of your own and others' health and safety by adopting and working to the EWR Co Health and Safety principles.
Demonstrates a cost-conscious mindset, keeping tax payers' money at the forefront of decisions.
Shows a commitment to innovation by proactively seeking creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.
Act as a role model for EWR Co's vision and behaviours, working in ways that are aligned with EWR Co's Ways of Working, as well as encouraging and supporting others to do so too.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in managing the end to end process of employee engagement surveys.
Experience with employee data analytics and the ability to leverage insights to drive strategic decisions.
Strong project management capability with the ability to manage initiatives from conception to completion.
Experience with event design, facilitation and management Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation  Exceptional communicator with excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to create clear and engaging plans and content.
