About the department: The successful individual will join our fantastic Jigsaw Foundation Team. The team is responsible for ensuring our residents have the opportunity to partake in meaningful consultations on Jigsaw Homes Group's services, as well as improving residents' lives and our neighbourhoods by providing grants to community projects.
The role sits within our wider Neighbourhoods Department, dedicated to empowering residents and ensuring positive improvements to our neighbourhoods and communities.
Role Information: Please note, this is a fixed-term role for 6 months (with the possibility of becoming permanent) The individual will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of The Jigsaw Foundation, Jigsaw Rewards (our digital tenant consultation portal), resident scrutiny across the Group, and will be responsible for reviewing Hardship applications.
We are looking for a confident, approachable, and positive communicator, with an analytical mindset and customer engagement experience. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills - in particular MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables and lookup formulas) and MS Word.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to be an advocate for the voice of our residents and ensure it is heard and can influence the organisation at a strategic level.
The ability to deliver Jigsaw's vision of Creating Homes, Building Lives with a results-driven attitude is key.
You will be required to attend community events and, on occasion, work out of normal office hours.
