We are delighted to be working with this Northampton based law firm.
They are recruiting for an Employment Solicitor (NQ – 2 years) on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Typical duties include: Covering contentious and non-contentious matters Working within the Employment legal team Managing employment tribunal cases Giving advice on settlement agreements and grievance matters Researching and drafting documents Providing excellent customer care Keeping clients updated Managing different projects and files Candidate specification: NQ – 2 years PQE solicitor Employment experience within a legal firm Excellent written and verbal skills Strong negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members Going above and beyond for clients An interest in marketing and team development If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Antonio ASAP or apply via this advert!
