Employment Solicitor - Norfolk I am working alongside an established and thriving are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join their thriving Norwich office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the development of the firm's employment law team.

In this senior position, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
Drafting contracts and workplace policies.
Handling employment disputes.
Representing clients at tribunals.
You will also take responsibility for driving the team's growth through proactive business development and marketing activities, building long-lasting relationships with clients and expanding the client base.

About You: A qualified solicitor or legal executive (CILEX) with extensive experience in employment law.
A confident communicator with a proven ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice.
Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing client portfolios.
