Position: Employment SolicitorRole type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)Location: NorthamptonSalary guide: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm in Northampton who is seeking to recruit an Employment solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Role Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of Employment law matters including:
Cases related to unfair dismissal, redundancy and restrictive covenants, and ensure compliance with the Equal Pay Act.
Provide expert advice on TUPE Transfers, disciplinary and harassment matters.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Employment Law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Package: Competitive salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
