£60,000 - £80,000 Oculus are currently working with an exceptional National Law Firm, based in Manchester , with an award-winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500.
They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

They have a particular specialism in Commercial Employment and operate within a wide range of sectors that include Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Charities, Retail and Technology to name a few.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), a top of the market salary , as well as an enticing bonus scheme.
The position involves handling complex Employment matters such as:
Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Preparing for and advocating in employment tribunal cases.
Drafting contracts, policies, and advising on employment rights and corporate support matters like TUPE.
Participating in marketing and departmental projects, including seminars and publications.
