Employment Solicitor - Essex My client are seeking an experience Employment Solicitor, looking for their next career step to join this well established and thriving practice.

Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters.
Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients.
Assist in the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Criteria: Approximately 5+ years of PQE in Employment Law up to a more senior level Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases.
Ideally experience representing both employers and employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
Adaptable and proactive approach to work.
