The Role: As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic team, responsible for:
Autonomously managing your own files and caseload, with supervision and guidance as needed Drafting and negotiating key documents, including service agreements, settlement agreements and transactional documents Providing pragmatic, risk-based employment advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, both domestically and internationally Working with clients across various sectors, including financial services, technology, family offices, private households and sports Supporting and developing junior members of the team and collaborating with other practice areas Advising on issues including, but not limited to, employment contracts, grievances, dismissals, subject access requests, business transfers, disputes in High Court and tribunals, TUPE, redundancy situations and more About You: We are searching for a passionate and skilled Employment Associate who possesses the following qualifications and traits:
At least 6 years PQE in Employment law, ideally gained within a respected Employment team Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail Excellent academic background and proficiency in IT systems Why Join Us?
