Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a leading law firm in Warrington who are looking to expand into their employment team.
You will work alongside senior and junior associates to support and assist clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters. The work is varied, interesting, and stimulating, enabling you to engage with clients at a senior level through your case work while also receiving support and supervision from your colleagues.
You will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in connection with largely contentious work with some non-contentious work also available on employment matters.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing for employment tribunal cases, including preparation of Claim/Response, Employment Tribunal Applications etc Advocacy in employment tribunals Drafting correspondence to the Employment Tribunal, opposing Solicitors, witnesses, ACAS, client advice.
