Employment Solicitor

Job Title: Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate Department: Employment Salary: £50,000 – £75,000Location: Cardiff, hybrid.
Hours: Full time Overview: A Top Tier regional modern Leading Law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor.
They are considering applications from 4PQE -10 PQE.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to; * You will have a proactive approach to building and further growing the Employment department.
* Advise clients * Managing a caseload and advising on all round Employment Law issues including but not limited to, Discrimination claims, Harassment, Settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, TUPE transfers, restructures/redundancies and contractual issues.
* Drafting HR policies and procedures.
* Grow and develop the department.
Training and supervising staff* Building new and existing client relationships.
Attending networking events.
Experience Required:* At least 4 years Post qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
* Experience dealing with various employment law Issues as listed above.
* Employment tribunal litigation.
* Advocacy experience preferred.
* Fluent Welsh speaking and writing desired but not essential.
