Neathouse Partners invites applications for the position of Employment Law Solicitor/Lawyer.

Role Summary: This role demands a balanced approach to managing both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The successful candidate will manage their own client base and caseloads with responsibilities that include: Handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needs.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience in Employment Law, particularly in managing employment tribunal litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines.
Team-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
Desirable: Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals.
Salary: Up to £45,000 based on experience.
Candidates with exceptional credentials and significant experience in handling employment tribunal claims (respondents) may be considered for a higher salary.
