Employment Senior Associate / Legal Director

I am working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join the highly regarded team department of a top 200 firm based in Birmingham City Centre.
My client are looking for knowledgeable solicitors that are ready to take the step up into a position of leadership.
This will entail monitoring, supervising and training junior members of the team, taking an active part in business development activities, and playing a role in the strategy and planning of the department.The successful candidate will have some or all of the following skills / experienceBroad range of employment experience in the health or social care spaceStrong TUPE experienceUndertaking due diligence, often as part of wider multidisciplinary mattersRestructure / redundancy processesSettlement negotiationsReviewing / drafting policiesContractual advice and advising on terms and conditionsAdvocacy experience is useful but not essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity to take the first step into a leadership position at a highly regarded firm noted for their forward thinking workplace culture and valuesSalary: £75000 - £95000Flexible working arrangements available
