We are currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner (qualified Solicitor with ideally 8/10 years PQE+) to join their Oxfordshire team but on a REMOTE BASIS .
Our client is seeking an Employment Partner , ideally on a full time permanent basis however reduced hours can be considered (4 days a week) Someone with experience working with public sector clients/NHS would be the perfect candidate as this is the work the team focuses on.
It will be a mix of contentious and non contentious employment law matters i.e.
advising and representing employers in respect of internal HR employee relations issues, EDI and claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court (including multi-day complex cases involving whistleblowing and discrimination) as well as non-contentious and HR advisory work includeing pre-litigation disputes, dismissals, grievances and strategic advice in respect of re-organisations/change management, TUPE, and policy drafting and review.
The business continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone who is looking to get involved in business development and shaping the future strategy of the team.
There is plenty of opportunity to work with the wider employment group across offices in the North and South.
Although you would be working alongside multiple award winning employment lawyers, the long term goal would be to build another team around the successful candidate so it is an exciting proposition for someone who really wants to take their career to the next level.
On offer is a very competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
