Employment Legal Assistant

My client is a well-established and rapidly growing national law firm, known for its strong client service and supportive work culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic employment law team at its Redditch office and become part of a team that is expanding quickly to meet increased client demand.

The Role: In this role, you'll provide essential support to the employment law team by handling administrative and legal tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in preparing and managing employment law cases, including drafting documents and client correspondence Organising and maintaining client files and case-related materials Scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism Conducting basic legal research and providing additional support to solicitors as needed Benefits: Life assurance Company pension scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Birthday holiday Free parking About You: You will have prior experience as a legal assistant, ideally with exposure to employment law.
